I reached out to Leak Troopers to fix a bathtub overflow valve that a previous company had identified as the cause of a leak. Despite supplying them with the plumbing/leak report and requesting that they fix the valve, during their free estimate, they suggested conducting another two-hour leak inspection and generating a new report for $525, despite my already having a report on hand. They further suggested that I dismantle the bathroom roof of the downstairs bath unit to confirm the leak, despite touting a "non-invasive approach with cutting-edge technology" on their website. Ripping apart a ceiling does not qualify as non-invasive. After their visit, when I reached out to them through CrackerJack and requested details about the problem and their findings during the supposed "free" estimate", they didn't respond. As a result, I'm extremely disappointed with this company and will not recommend them to others.
