We liked that he was not pushy and that he provided a detailed scope of work proposal. Mary was also involved from scheduling the appointments all the way to the completion of each project. She was very responsive to our calls and highly attentive. The crews who worked on our projects were very professional and kept us involved in each step of the projects. They were hardworking, and the quality of their work was exceptional. The projects progressed according to the plan, and we were pleased with the results. Thanks to Acorn, we now have a brand-new roof, updated windows, and added insulation that will keep our feet cozy and warm for years to come. I was initially contacted by this company, and they informed me that they would provide me with an estimate. However, they eventually stopped taking my phone calls for unknown reasons. I believe this behavior to be extremely unprofessional, and I would advise others to avoid this company.

Blown-in insulation was installed in the attic bedroom. Although the guys arrived a little late, it was not a major issue, and they were quite professional. However, they could have been a bit tidier. Overall, I would recommend them and I would hire them again with a better understanding of their work.
