Harvest Academy was established as a program aimed at imparting life skills to men from Iowa who have a criminal record, struggle with substance abuse, or are grappling with homelessness. What sets our work crews apart is our dedication to self-improvement within a therapeutic community when we're off the clock. We all reside in a single house, seeking to better ourselves so we can become better members of society. This team-based approach ensures a greater sense of accountability among our ranks, with each member invested in the well-being of both themselves and their peers.We value each person who joins us and recognizes that everyone has a unique story that brought them to our family and to our moving team.
