When Chad came over to fix some minor heater problems, I was pleased with his work. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he went above and beyond, taking note of my other projects and offering to lend a hand. Since our initial encounter, I have had the pleasure of meeting two other members of his team, who have consistently impressed me with their expertise and willingness to assist.
