I reached out to Nanoguard on a Saturday evening and was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners answered my call and scheduled a site visit for the following day, which happened to be a Sunday morning. Over the next few weeks, I met with several members of the team who all exhibited a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service. Their pricing, advice, and assessments were meticulous and customer-focused. Having dealt with different mold remediation companies over the years, I can confidently say that Nanoguard is by far the best. Their knowledge and expertise are impressive and they treat their clients like family.

By chance, I stumbled upon mold in my closet and reached out to Nanoguard for an estimate. Craig promptly responded, and despite it being around 9pm, he was able to schedule an appointment for me with Brian. I appreciated his willingness to accommodate my schedule, especially given that most business owners would not be available at that time. The following day, Max arrived on time and proved to be a super awesome guy who was incredibly skilled at his job. Given the distressing situation I found myself in, he made me feel at ease and calm. He even took surface and air samples to help identify the extent of the issue. Although I am still awaiting the results, I am confident that I made the right choice in hiring Nanoguard.
