Following the installation of our new roof in February, both insulation and ductwork were necessary. Although we encountered supply chain issues, we had Koala perform the insulation first. Then, once we were able to find the necessary product, an AC technician replaced the ducts over the weekend. The technician commended the Koala team for their thorough insulation job, which exceeded required levels. The team was polite, cleaned up after themselves, and even revisited the site after the ducts were replaced to ensure their work was uncompromised. I strongly recommend Koala Insulation of Pearland for their high-quality work, affordable pricing, and superb customer service. Additionally, installing an attic access cover is a great idea - my hallway is no longer overly warm!
