I have never been happier to pay for someone's service than I was for Josh's. Scheduling the initial quote was quick and effortless, but it wasn't until after scheduling that I realized Josh was located in Lancaster and I was in Bakersfield. Despite the distance, Josh made it out and impressed me with his honesty and assurance that he could identify and handle the problem. Upon his return, he arrived fully equipped and fixed the primary issue, which then brought secondary issues to light. Initially, I became concerned that I would need to replace my entire AC system and spend an excessive amount of money. However, Josh was dedicated in identifying and repairing the issues at a reasonable cost. He explained everything he was doing and why, which helped me trust in his ability to fix the additional concerns he discovered. Thus, I was happy to invest a bit more to address them. Ultimately, Josh went above and beyond by replacing the cricuit breaker, contactor, and capacitor at no extra cost, addressing poorly done low volt wire repair, replacement, and organization completed by another company, and replacing a burned furnace fuse. I'm thrilled with Josh's services and his ability to explain his work. I highly recommend him and plan to utilize his services in the future.
