Though we initially agreed on an 8x8 deck, we decided to expand it midway through the project. The team was able to complete the project swiftly, in approximately four days. Despite the successful installation, two minor issues prevent me from giving them 5 stars. Firstly, their limited payment options (cash or check) affected our ability to accrue credit card points. Secondly, we did not clarify beforehand that the team would not haul away the old fence materials and metal deck, which we found to be an unexpected inconvenience. Nonetheless, the quality of their work made it worth the price. We received four other quotes, but one even quoted us twice their price. We plan to re-engage the team for a front fence replacement in the future. Overall, we recommend them. Additionally, for photo evidence, we stained the fence and deck.
