We specialize in:
1. Move-out cleaning, which includes cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, helping with trash removal, cleaning cabinets, ceiling fans, baseboards, windows, microwave, stove top, oven, and refrigerator.
2. Mopping walls, preparing them for painting.
3. Wall cleaning, including mold removal.
4. Disinfecting floors, counters, and walls.
5. Eliminating unwanted smells caused by cigarettes and pets.

Having worked in the Hospitality industry for over two decades, I have never encountered anyone more professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile as the team at San Gabriel. Recently, my tenants of 18 years moved out and left the house in a deplorable state - dirty appliances, poorly sealed floor tiles, and overall clutter. I was contemplating buying all new appliances until San Gabriel's team cleaned and polished everything to perfection, saving me loads of cash. Their attention to detail is impressive, as they even took the time to clean the windows, window tracks, and polish the kitchen cabinets. I am extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Lety and her assistant did an excellent job cleaning, finishing in just 1 hour and 50 minutes. They were also very friendly and easy to interact with. If the male occupants of this house continue to be messy, I will definitely be calling Lety and Luis again. It's a relief to have someone dependable to clean up after the slobs, as I am unable to do it myself. Thank you, Lety and Luis!
