Brian exceeded expectations by checking off all 5 boxes on our review list. Unfortunately, the app only permits up to 3. On yesterday, Brian, the outstanding electrician from 1st Generation Electric, serviced our home flawlessly. His promptness, quick response time to our messages and text, and exceptional customer service were delightful. Furthermore, he demonstrated exceptional dedication by searching for a "middle man" fuse box in our attic. He also provided us with valuable insights into how currents are channeled through our old home. Brian went the extra mile by performing a thorough sweep of our property, ensuring that each electrical outlet was operating properly. Interestingly, Brian identified that the majority of our electrical issues were caused by a faulty transformer under Georgia Power's control. Brian's exceptional work made me feel more secure in my home, and I'm grateful for his commitment to our comfort and safety. Thank you, Brian!

The installation of a floodlight camera over our garage by Brian of 1st Generation Electric LLC exceeded our expectations. Prior to his visit, Brian was diligent in receiving and processing all necessary information for the project. Upon arrival, he conducted himself in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Not only did he perform a superb installation and completely rewire the system, but he also left the work area clean and tidy.
