The service prospect I encountered on CrackerJack was unprofessional and unreliable. Despite making an appointment for 01/05/2023, they also made an additional appointment for 01/06/2023. Although I was skeptical of the late time for the first appointment, I gave them a chance. However, I had to call them to find out the status of their arrival, and another appointment had to be made for the next day. It's now 10:45 AM, and it's safe to assume that they won't show up again. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's disrespectful to my time and business. I suggest choosing another service. Update: I had the chance to meet Juan, and he was personable and apologetic for the entire situation. He expressed sympathy and sincerity for the debacle and kept me informed throughout the process of installing my chandelier, which turned out to be impeccable despite some bumps along the way.

After delivering a quote, he returned the following day and deftly installed an outlet in addition to relocating our cable connection to another part of the room. He proved punctual, remained within our allotted budget, and conscientiously tidied up the workspace once finished. I am inclined to employ his services once more.
