Patrick was amazing! Even though I had to cancel at the last minute due to a medical emergency, Patrick was able to reschedule on the SAME day when I had recovered. Moreover, my carpets look fantastic now. The previous carpet installer did not do a satisfactory job, but Patrick skillfully erased all wrinkles and stretched everything perfectly.
