I got in touch with Ben, who oversaw the workers. He was consistently quick to respond and easily accessible. His suggestions were extremely useful and saved me time. Ben inspected the work prior to receiving the final payment to confirm completion of all tasks. The painters also handled the relocation of heavy objects and furniture. Any adjustments I requested were handled efficiently. I would definitely consider hiring Ben again.

The lone concern was the incomplete task of storing the items back in their original places post powerwashing. As the task is menial, I am incapable of doing it myself and it remains unsolved until my cousin arrives to lend a helping hand.

Although USCA performed a great job with the interior paintwork, they failed to reinstall a few of the electrical plates and neglected to move the furniture back to its original position. Consequently, we had to handle these tasks ourselves.

Working with Namjoo and Benjamin was an amazing experience from start to finish. Their top-quality services come at an unbeatable price, and they trust only the best - Dunn Edwards paint. Namjoo even assisted me with picking a color and provided detailed advice on the various shades with respect to fading and longevity, proving invaluable. Furthermore, they were meticulous about maintaining the cleanliness of the area and avoiding overspray. Benjamin was both speedy and efficient while also performing thorough work. Their repairs to the stucco and fascia were exceptional, surpassing all of my expectations. I highly recommend this duo and look forward to working with them again on future projects. I apologize for being unable to share photos currently due to unfavorable sun conditions, but I will do so at a later time if possible.
