Can you please help me find the appropriate lawyer to check on my case and guide me through the legal process? I am wondering if I can hire a lawyer in Texas but conduct our communication through telephone or online services. My reason for seeking legal help is because Neelie Gowan stole $33,000 from me while I was in Texas. She is still working at the Cricket Store on Ross Ave Dallas Tx, despite stealing my identity and running me over with her car in an attempt to kill me and prevent me from testifying against her. I reported this to the Dallas Police Department and the homeless rescue services in downtown Dallas, but they did nothing to help me. This is why I had to run for my life and move all the way to Virginia Beach, VA. My money was deposited three times to three separate bank accounts but someone kept changing the account numbers. I reported this to Ms. Christina Works, who helped me investigate the identity theft and fraud. At GO2BANK, I was advised to close my account due to fraudulent transactions and charges, which were made by Neelie Gowan and two other Cricket Store employees, Mario Sanchez and a Cuban employee whose name I cannot recall. They downloaded all my bank information through remote access control and an Apple webcam. My account balance was only $6,474.00 when I closed it. I am seeking justice for the theft, premeditated homicide, and threats made against my life and money by these individuals. They are still threatening me even today, saying that I will never have anything unless I give them all the back pay from my SSI account. They are also threatening my money through GO2BANK. I had to live on the side of the road by a bridge and endure attempted rapes, assaults, and gang stalking across state lines from Texas to Virginia because of their cybercrime and theft. I cannot live in Texas anymore and cannot fight back against these criminals by myself. I have evidence of their illegal activities, including screenshots of my conversations with the customer service department at GO2BANK. The homeless outreach rescue service center, where Ms. Samantha worked tirelessly to help me, also has a statement and description of the attacker with a 16" hunting knife who attempted to kill my dog and me. The Texas United States General Attorneys Office is also aware of this incident. I need your assistance in finding justice while living in another state.
