Eric and his team were incredible! They promptly replied on CrackerJack and arrived on the very same day. We required two trees in our front yard to be pruned on all sides, along with the top and bottom. They completed an excellent job and even sent us pictures of before and after. After submitting a request for tree removal on CrackerJack, it took less than half an hour for Eric to call me and arrange to visit. Serendipitously, he and his team were within the vicinity so they stopped by promptly, provided a quotation and informed me they could commence work immediately if I so desired. I gave them the thumbs-up and the job was completed in under an hour. Although I wasn't at the property during completion, Eric notified me with photographs and went the extra mile by disposing of excess trimmings in our backyard. The outcome is fantastic and we intend to engage his services for future requirements whilst readily recommending him to others!
