The installation of the 4-step staircase made of red oak has left me extremely satisfied. The carpenter replicated the intricate details of our original woodwork and skillfully incorporated the handrail and carpet runner that I provided. Initially, there was a problem with the stain color, but the carpenter rectified it by sanding back the wood to its natural state, resulting in a perfect stain color match.

Due to various factors such as heavy rainfall and personal commitments, scheduling the job of demolishing my old shed and constructing a new one with fresh foundation has been challenging. However, I anticipate that my schedule will ease up soon and there will be a reprieve from the rainfall. In the meantime, we will stay in communication.

During the past month, James has been incredibly helpful to us. As we purchased a new house that required some renovations, his team came to the rescue after my husband's unsuccessful attempt at staining the floors. His guys swiftly corrected the issue and now they look amazing. Additionally, the gutters were clogged with debris from the previous owner, but James' team took care of it. James himself even sealed four large cracks in our basement, solving the water damage issue. Recently, we had our windows measured for replacement, which James will also take care of.
