After a bad experience with a TV installer who didn't show up or give any explanation, I was wowed by Marcus. Even though I hadn't made an appointment, he arrived on time and made the installation happen. I couldn't be happier with how the TVs look in both my living room and my teenager's room -- Marcus truly is the best. His prices are exceptional, and he manages to be both professional and friendly at the same time. I really enjoyed our conversation and learned a lot from him while he worked.
