Three 60 plumbing

In response to our plumbing needs, Josh promptly arrived within 30 minutes of our request and efficiently replaced the broken item with all necessary supplies. However, an unexpected trip fee of $25 was not disclosed in his profile or during our chat.

The day was saved by Manda and Josh! A shower leak was discovered in a neighbor's shared wall and required professional attention before we attempted to DIY the replacement. Within minutes, 360 Plumbing responded, scheduled an appointment, and even managed to move us up by two full days! Their quick and professional service not only helped our project, but also assisted an elderly neighbor with her leak. We feel fortunate to have them on Oahu and are grateful for their excellent service.

As a result of a non-functioning hot water nozzle in my bathtub/shower, my access to hot water was limited. Given that my building is undergoing a repiping process and I am planning to renovate my condo once that is complete, I had numerous inquiries. Ultimately, I decided to work with three 60 because they were extremely patient and took the time to address all of my concerns. Josh even contacted me over the phone with the suggestion of transitioning from my outdated 3 fixture to a contemporary 1 fixture. Additionally, Manda from the office reached out to my resident manager to ensure the repiping team did not disrupt my new fixtures. It was clear that three 60 is a highly professional and honest company, and I will certainly be employing their services again.

Upon my initial contact, Josh promptly replied and showed a willingness to engage in phone correspondence until a meet-up could be established on the very same day. His conduct throughout was outstanding, with his professionalism, expertise and respectful character commanding my admiration. Consistently relaying updates on his progress, he demonstrated an ability to describe his every move in detail. I was grateful not only for his resolution of the primary issue, but also for his observation of and rectification of a separate issue.
