Food Simply

The communication leading up to the dinner was terrible, causing me to make the decision of not proceeding with their catering services. It was difficult to understand what was happening, as they consistently requested money without providing anything. I asked for a refund of my deposit, but they denied my request. I strongly advise reconsidering the usage of their service.

Scheduling was generally efficient and uncomplicated, although I did request a specific food item that was not included in the menu options available at the time. Due to time constraints, I ultimately settled for what was provided. In the future, I will be more assertive in my requests. As for the cocktails, we debated whether we should have our chef prepare beverages with the alcohol provided, but ultimately decided against it since each person would only receive one drink. However, in retrospect, given the amount of time he spent with us, he likely could have easily prepared several drinks during his visit. Overall, the experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to do it again. Thank you.

Food Simply is an incredibly impressive team, led by Camille. I had the pleasure of working with her on a challenging project: curating a 5-course menu for 31 guests in a tiny space. Her expertise and professionalism were evident from the start, as she listened carefully to my needs and provided excellent guidance on execution.
