As first-time homeowners with no flooring experience, my fiance and I were fortunate to come across Francisco, Tatyana, and Manuel. Francisco and Manuel are both experts in their craft, and Tatyana does a fantastic job of leading their team and responding promptly and thoughtfully to any requests. We purchased our flooring materials from someone on Facebook Marketplace in San Jose, and some pieces didn't match the others - it was a nightmare. The team had to work with different pieces, produced in different years and with varied sizes. Nonetheless, they were able to methodically overcome the challenge and deliver outstanding results. Their work saved us thousands of dollars, as the flooring we needed to match the rest of the house was no longer available. We were in a major bind if they couldn't adjust the puzzle pieces to fit. Their pricing is reasonable, and their work was so impressive that we provided them with a generous tip. We wanted our outdated downstairs area to look as good as our upstairs, but now it looks even better than we hoped for! We're planning another flooring project so we can work with them again. (And just in case they're reading this, we promise to get the correct materials next time!)
