We were impressed by LC's performance and attention to detail, as he even took the initiative to clean an area that looked questionable to us. Our circumstances were somewhat unconventional, but LC successfully navigated them, and we're grateful for his efforts. However, we do have some reservations about the cost, as we did not receive a written quote beforehand and ended up paying more than expected. Overall, though, we are satisfied with the results.

The service was impressively efficient and prompt. However, there was a setback as the invoiced amount was $150 more than originally quoted on the phone. To add to the surprise, the technician requested for a tip! Although they were friendly, the boldness of their request left me astounded.
