DreamTeam exhibited excellent responsiveness and friendliness. Though we initially reached out for a $99 basic cleaning, their technician recommended a deep cleaning after inspecting our duct, estimating the cost at $199, which we found reasonable. However, I was a bit perplexed when the technician completed the task in less than 30 minutes, and the cleaning appeared basic to me (although I may be mistaken). While the service was satisfactory, it was undeniably more costly than the market average.
