Mitch from Mission City Flooring was hired by us to refinish our oak floors that were 60 years old. The floors had water damage and scratches. Upon reaching out to me, Mitch arranged a visit to provide me with a quote. During his visit, he offered valuable insight regarding the issue I was facing and suggested a direction that had not occurred to me previously. I had deep gauges in a limited area of my hardwood flooring caused by a mattress frame, and Mitch proposed using putty to resolve the problem. As all my floors are stained with the same color, an exact match was not guaranteed. Despite this, I am thrilled with the outcome, and the job was 1/3 of what I had anticipated. Many thanks, Mitch!
