Although I scheduled the job five months after my initial contact, Todd did not alter his pricing. Additionally, he made a second visit to view a sample of the material I had ordered and advised me that it would alter the installation method slightly. Todd delivered outstanding results, and when the trim was not a perfect match, he promptly purchased new trim and stained it to match the flooring flawlessly. Moreover, his partner's name escapes me, but he worked well with Todd, displayed excellent craftsmanship and was also approachable. They worked relentlessly and refused breaks or lunch, and I appreciated their dedication. Despite having strangers in my home, Todd and his partner's normality, friendliness, and quality of work reassured me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any flooring installation or refinishing services. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking their expertise. The finished product was phenomenal, the best home improvement I've made, and it transformed my home.
