As a landlord, my management agent is Mr. Larrs and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by his efficiency. Upon our initial meeting, we completed the necessary paperwork and took some standard photos of the house. However, to my surprise, the next day, he had already provided me with new tenant information. This was truly remarkable, considering my previous agent had failed to rent out my property in a week's time. Additionally, Mr. Larrs has professional photography skills and utilizes a unique camera that captures impressive photos even in low-light conditions. As my garden had withered, I was concerned about the photos of the exterior of the house. But, to my amazement, the resulting photo showcased the dead red and grey plants blending perfectly with the house and the beautiful sunset, creating a unique painting-like image. Mr. Larrs is a gentle and reserved man who has helped me on several occasions. For example, he drove out to a property and sent me a photo, simply because I wanted to confirm if it was the same as advertised. He has assisted me with opening and closing the service of electricity and water, as I live far away from the property. He has provided sincere advice and even consulted his lawyer to help me avoid legal disputes, while simultaneously ensuring that I obtain the best possible outcome. One possible complaint is that he tends to say "yes" to accommodate my requests. Despite acknowledging this drawback, Larrs is still instrumental in providing low-cost property maintenance through his contracted company. Overall, I believe that Mr. Larrs is the primary reason why my property continues to thrive in Lancaster.
