In Town Painters

It was Greg's personality and responsiveness that won my business. I needed to prepare my townhouse for new tenants, but the previous ones had left it in a horrible condition. Greg offered to assist me beyond his regular duties and helped me with other repairs that needed fixing. He took care of replacing and repainting the doors, fixing some damaged ones, repairing several patches in the drywall, painting the kitchen cabinets, and even cleaned some unnecessary areas. He also gave me some helpful recommendations for other repairs. Unfortunately, I had to leave the state before I could finish everything. However, Greg came back to install some final hardware and take some pictures. After spending time with him for a few days, I now consider him a friend and would readily recommend him to others. Our request was to have the tile backsplash removed, the wall behind it repaired, the entire kitchen painted, and some additional painting throughout the house. I enlisted Greg's services for painting a Minneapolis condominium with high ceilings. A few of the walls required multiple coatings, and he utilized three different hues. To my delight, he adhered to his initial estimate, which was impressively affordable in comparison to other painters I had approached. Additionally, he managed to carry out necessary repairs and tile installations on the windows that had been subjected to moisture damage. While shopping for the tiles, he took pictures of the options available and forwarded them to me. I was satisfied with the approach he implemented, and the tiles blend in seamlessly with the freshly painted walls. The convenience of not requiring separate companies for the required tasks was a pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to seek his services once more.

I engaged In Town Painters for painting my kitchen, woodwork, and stairwell, including some cabinets and stair railing that were unfinished since I bought my house a year prior. Quickly, the contractor realized that some finishing work was improperly done and offered a proposal to repair the cabinets. In general, In Town Painters did a fantastic job with the wall and woodwork painting, including outstanding finishes for the other cabinets. Throughout the project, communication was excellent. I highly recommend In Town Painters and will use them again when I rejuvenate my master suite next year.

Our house was painted by Greg and he did an outstanding job. He exhibited great attention to detail and worked very diligently. Additionally, he provided us with excellent daily updates. We have decided to employ his services for another project at present.
