Hi there! I'm Jess Ratz, an aquatics industry veteran with eight years of experience. Throughout my career, I have taught swim lessons for three years and provided training to other instructors. My expertise lies in teaching students of all ages, particularly young ones, to feel confident and skilled in the water. Witnessing my students' progress and development while promoting water safety is truly fulfilling. I am excited to meet your kids!
