Eric displayed exemplary professionalism and approachability in performing his job. He resolved numerous issues with my air conditioning and furnace, and even conducted a six-month service. The repair costs were consolidated into a bi-annual service package, which covers the existing repairs as well. I am thoroughly satisfied with the package's affordability and content. Furthermore, I was not obligated to make any upfront payments until the services were completed, and I was offered a choice of monthly payment options for the service plan.

During the busiest time of the year so far, I put in a request for an evaluation from Hometown Heroes. Surprisingly, they were able to come out and assess the situation that same week. Just four days after the evaluation, they installed a brand new AC and furnace. The team was incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous, arriving on time and addressing any questions I had. The job was completed in about 2.5 hours, and when they left, everything was clean and tidy. I was also given contact information for any concerns that may arise in the future. The installation of a tankless water heater was executed excellently by the hometown heroes. Their professionalism was outstanding, and the workmanship is unparalleled. Despite being just a water heater, it has an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
