There was a flooring task where the concrete had an abundance of moisture. Von promptly arrived on site and installed drying equipment within an hour. After a few days, we could resume the project. We are grateful for your assistance.

Restoration 1 was contracted and Von visited our home to examine the mold without imposing a fee!! Von was amiable, truthful, experienced, and cooperative. We had perceived our situation as severely damaging, but he informed us otherwise. His sincerity was admirable. He eliminated the mold and used an environmentally friendly solution, which was fantastic as we have two young kids. Moreover, Von investigated another area in our residence for mold and instructed us on how to prevent its recurrence. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to everyone.
