My friend recommended me to Project Stay Athletic. Initially, I had hoped to train with Sam at my preferred time slot due to his stellar results, but he was unavailable. Consequently, I ended up scheduling a session with Dayna, one of the other trainers. Dayna's energy is incredible and her inclusion of tai chi in our sessions has left me feeling exceptionally relaxed. I am pleased that it all worked out in the end, as both Sam and Dayna are excellent choices.

My trainer Sam is absolutely amazing, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have him helping me achieve my fitness goals. I've already sung his praises to my loved ones, as he has been instrumental in turning my life around. After my mother passed away in 2018, I was consumed by depression and put on nearly 40 pounds. But Sam was able to lift me out of that dark place, and now we're down to the final 10 pounds!
