They exhibited extreme professionalism and efficiently completed the task with accuracy. Their communication skills were remarkable and they always showed up on time. Additionally, they tidied up the area upon completion.

The quality of work was rated 8 out of 10, while the speed of work received a perfect score of 10 out of 10. However, communication was rated 7 out of 10. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done on my properties, although I am quite particular. Leo and I verbally agreed upon the work to be done, but there were no notes taken, which resulted in a few minor incomplete tasks. Leo and his team were professional, and Leo himself was courteous and well-spoken. His team completed most of the work, and Leo finished up the remaining tasks. Some of the work done included replacing cabinets and countertops, installing a new sink, replacing doors and trim, and making repairs to the drop ceiling, all while installing new mailboxes and locks throughout the first floor apartment.
