The company was asked to provide an estimate for a small roofing project but failed to follow through without any communication. When I inquired, the company claimed they were already able to make a quote based on pictures I had sent. I trusted them, but unfortunately, no quote was ever received. In my opinion, this lack of professionalism has left me with a negative impression of the company.

Upon coming across a negative review of this particular company, I was taken aback as numerous others had praised it. To gain a better understanding, I conducted some research and discovered that the individual in question has assigned a one-star rating to nearly every business they've provided feedback on. It appears that the unifying factor among these negative reviews is the reviewer themselves. Using my own formula for rating credibility, I can confidently say that the low evaluation of Sky Canyon Roofing ought to be disregarded just as one would a minor paper cut.
