My experience with this company was exceptional. Two movers transported my belongings from Orange to Huntington Beach during a difficult time in my life. However, upon speaking with Douglas, who answered my initial phone call, my moving stress began to dissipate. Contrary to my expectations, the office staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Rather than simply quoting me a cost, Douglas took the time to inquire about the items I needed to move and provided helpful tips for packing. On the day of the move, Rich and Bob arrived promptly, presented themselves in a professional manner, and even managed to inject humor into the situation. Once again, my worries were alleviated. The job was completed in a timelier manner than anticipated, and my furniture was carefully protected throughout the process. Unlike my previous experience with a different company, Rich and Bob dismantled all of my beds, cribs, and desks without losing any hardware. I highly recommend this company to my loved ones and will undoubtedly employ their services in the future. I hired two individuals for a minimal job of loading a truck I had rented. They arrived early, for which I was grateful. One of the gentlemen did an exceptional job skillfully and carefully wrapping and packing my belongings. However, the other individual abruptly left halfway through the task, forcing me to lend a hand to complete the job. I deemed this behavior unprofessional. Although I paid for two workers, I received only one and a half, which was disappointing. Furthermore, they seemed confused about my booking details and initially claimed to have no record of my reservation a day before my move. I gave them a three rating since they almost earned a five, but it was crucial to finish the job before leaving. Their premature departure was quite disappointing.

Given the external circumstances, I experienced a great deal of stress and anxiety surrounding this particular move. Despite managing the project remotely, Doug was able to perfectly coordinate and arrange a team to arrive on our intended move date. He thoroughly kept me informed throughout the entire loading process, from the start to the finish. Upon reaching Long Beach a day later, my moving team seamlessly arrived at my new apartment, which was sight unseen and rented in advance. They effortlessly worked together and completed the job in record time. The professionalism, efficiency, and superior service provided by Best Moving's team surpassed my expectations in every way. What could have been a difficult and stressful experience was made much easier and pleasant thanks to Doug and the rest of the Best Moving team. I hope that I will not be required to move again anytime soon. However, if the need ever arises, Best Moving will be my first call for assistance.
