Right from the beginning, we made a wise choice by selecting Tetris for our move. Although moving can be quite a tedious task, Emmanuel exhibited a remarkable proactive approach by truly paying attention to details from commencement till the end. In spite of unexpected weather challenges causing the move duration to exceed our expectations, the movers finally accomplished the process efficiently, even including an extra stop, and arranged all our belongings back to their original placements as required.

Review Update: After posting my original review, the owner personally reached out to me and took note of all my concerns. He went above and beyond by ordering a new tennis table from Amazon to replace the broken one, which will arrive next week. He also refunded the extra hour that the crew mistakenly charged me. Although I did encounter some issues during my move, as is common, the way the owner handled my concerns was exceptional. As a result, I am updating my feedback to 5 stars and highly recommend this moving company. I will definitely use them again in the future.
