Louis has always been interested in health, fitness and helping others, with a background in sports that has given him a solid foundation for understanding the body's muscles. He graduated with honors from the Anthem College Massage Therapy program and set out in the massage field to make a difference. His approach involves functional movements, stretching and deep muscle therapy to ensure he reaches his clients' goals. Louis has received training in various areas, including Orthopedic Massage Techniques for Cervical Pain from Cross Country Education, Active Isolated Stretching from Centerpoint and Winter Symposium "Treating Lower Back Pain" by Northwestern.
