Furthermore, he has a habit of damaging things and promising to repair them when called out, but never following through. For instance, I have a security camera system that I can't operate on the accompanying monitor because he neglected to train me. Similarly, I can't fully utilize the system's functions on my cell and laptop apps due to a lack of training. If you want your security camera installation to be as smooth as possible before and after, I strongly recommend hiring another company.
