During my time in the Culinary Arts industry, I have learned about the importance of maintaining a balance between work and life. I focus on executing dishes with consistency and marketability that appeals to all, while still incorporating innovation. With a deep understanding of each client, I bring a wealth of experience in Corporate Catering. My past work includes establishments such as The Refectory Restaurant in Columbus, OH, Michelin-Star Patrick Lanotre Restaurant in Paris, France, and The Savoy Hotel in London, England. With excellent knowledge in P&L management in both public and private sectors, I have managed private estates, world-class hotels, clubs, and resorts.
