Doug's vision is to become the first and best choice for installed flooring in SW Ohio, N Kentucky, and SE Indiana. His mission is to make the process of getting beautiful new floors easy to accomplish, with the goal of creating clients for life. With over 25 years in the maintenance and remodeling industry, Doug provides services to both residential and commercial clients, including property management, offices, retail spaces, places of worship, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, educational institutions, and government offices. McSwain's line of quality, name-brand products includes carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic, vinyl flooring, and wall treatments. Doug offers convenience through Shop@Office / Shop@Home services, with on-site consultations and professional installation.
