Thank you for your interest.My catering menus start at $50 per person, and personal chef services start at $145 per person. I have some available dates and would be thrilled to cook for you.
As a one-chef company, I offer personalized attention and unique, specialized menus such as "Country French", "Tapas Nueva", and "Farm to Table Italian". I am personally from the Southern United States, and I excel in Cajun, Creole, and deep South BBQ cuisine.
One of my most popular offerings is the Wine Country BBQ Wedding, which provides a unique and high-quality experience at an affordable price. I am available for all kinds of events, from corporate cocktail parties to country weddings.
I have over 150 5-star reviews in just the past 28 months, and I am a classically trained chef with experience in Michelin star properties. I focus on creating CrackerJack events that are custom-tailored to each client and provide inclusive pricing, well-trained waitstaff, full bar service, sustainable and organic ingredients, and competitive rental rates.

Our small and intimate wedding in December 2015 necessitated catering services that could accommodate our limited budget while delivering exceptional food. We searched diligently for a caterer who could match our needs, and Pete proved to be the ideal candidate. He immediately grasped our menu concept and was willing to work within our budgetary constraints, without nitpicking over small details. In fact, Pete went above and beyond to implement some of our suggestions, while also offering his own insights on how to enhance the event experience beyond just the food.
We interviewed numerous chefs and catering companies, but none impressed us as much as Pete. Our foodie friends and family members raved about the quality of the food, while also praising the remarkable presentation and overall professionalism of the service. Pete even brought along an accomplished mixologist to create bespoke, imaginative drinks for our guests.
The morning after the ceremony, Pete prepared a delicious brunch for those who had spent the night at the destination venue. Despite encountering unforeseen challenges (including a broken oven!), he expertly managed to overcome each hurdle, and our brunch was flawless by the time we awoke. We express our gratitude to Pete for his pivotal role in executing such a critical aspect of our wedding. We look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.

On 4/28, Pete provided catering services for our wedding. Although he may have communication weaknesses, his culinary skills make up for it. The food was excellent. :)

The catering experience with Chef Pete was exceptional. He crafted a traditional southern-style meal that left a lasting impression on everyone's taste buds. Not only did he show up punctually, but he also cooked in my very own kitchen and cleaned up all the dirty dishes upon completion. Overall, Chef Pete's food was the best we've ever tasted from a caterer.
