My name is Lauren and I hold licenses as a massage therapist, occupational therapy assistant, and a lymphatic drainage therapist. Despite the unconventional nature of my approach, my extensive training and expertise allow me to effectively identify the root causes of your pain. Your lower back pain, for instance, may actually stem from your neck and shoulders, and by addressing the underlying tension, I can alleviate your discomfort. My specialties include deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, sports, and manual lymphatic drainage massages, and I am also pleased to offer prenatal massages to expectant mothers.
