Tam and Pierre arrived to perform move-out cleaning for my 1BR and 1Bath apartment. Tam, the owner, displayed great professionalism from our first interaction onwards. They arrived on time as promised. The kitchen was particularly dirty, especially the stove top and wooden cabinets. However, they did an exceptional job cleaning it and restored it to its original state when we first moved in. They exceeded expectations and went beyond what was initially discussed, for which I am grateful. Tam was proactive in inquiring about any additional tasks that needed attention, such as removing stains from the walls and moving the refrigerator to clean the dust from its back. Pierre was enthusiastic and diligent in his work. Overall, they were honest and amicable. I highly recommend their services as their priority is customer satisfaction rather than monetary gain.
