The team at Tones is exceptional! Kathy skillfully assisted me in identifying the ideal services for my occasion, and connected us with the most suitable Photographer and DJ for our requirements! It was an absolute triumph. Our Photographers and DJs were magnificent! They adhered to our general outline and took care of everything else! There were numerous personal touches and it was fantastic! Without a doubt, I'll choose Tones for all my future events.

We tied the knot on February 9th, 2017, and Tones Entertainment exceeded our expectations! We entrusted Tones with our DJ and photography needs based on the recommendation of the Diplomat Banquet Center where we held our ceremony (which was fantastic too, by the way!). We are over the moon with the quality of our photos; John, our photographer, was outstanding. He not only captured wonderful shots but also made us feel comfortable during the shoot with his friendly demeanor. His professionalism shone through as he expertly navigated lighting and angles. We cannot praise him enough! Our DJ, Tim, was equally impressive. He played all our requested tunes and threw in a few songs that perfectly suited our guests' mood, filling the dance floor from the first song until the last. Tim was a joy to watch, and his expertise at smoothly transitioning between songs was truly impressive. He nailed every announcement and kept the party alive from start to finish! Tones Entertainment's services are unparalleled, and their rates are unbelievable. We are so grateful we chose them over other providers. Tammy, who communicated our requests to the DJ and photographer, was also amazing at her job, and everything ran like clockwork. Tones is the best in the business, and we will recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone planning a wedding. Thank you, Tones Entertainment, for making our dream wedding a reality!

As my event has not taken place yet, I cannot guarantee the entirety of the service. However, it is worth noting that Cathy is an absolute delight to work with. I am full of optimism and do not foresee any issues going forward. I have heard positive feedback about the service, and I am eagerly anticipating my son's wedding where we have rented a photo booth to capture special memories. Thus far, everything has been exceptional.

It was such a wild time to plan a wedding, but fortunately, Tones Entertainment was there for us every step of the way. They were available to address all of our inquiries during the constant changes and challenges. We went for a package deal that included all four services - DJ (Tony was amazing!), Photo Booth (our guests enjoyed it a lot; we selected an open one and had a blast!), photographer, and videographer - and both of them did a great job of capturing the highlights of our day. All of the memories they created and preserved will be treasured for eternity. We strongly suggest them!

I cannot fully express my gratitude towards Tones Entertainment for their exceptional professionalism, empathy, and prompt responsiveness. Even though I had booked my DJ and photographer for my wedding on August 2, 2020 way back in early 2019, the pandemic struck and hit many weddings, including mine. Despite the adversity, Tones Entertainment remained in touch with me and took every possible measure to ensure that my wedding venue had all relevant insurance policy paperwork in place. Unfortunately, just 16 days before my wedding, my venue informed me of their restrictive regulations, which included significant reductions in guest numbers, mandatory masks at all times except when seated at a table, and a total ban on dancing. These rules made it impractical for me and my partner to pay the remaining venue fees after shelling out $5,000, seeing as we could not dance. Although the restrictions were beyond their control, Tones Entertainment went out of their way to empathize with our situation. I would highly recommend them for your event, as they are genuinely professional and sincere, even in the face of such a challenge.
