To clear my garage, I required an old refrigerator to be taken away. I had left a clear path to it. The workers were courteous enough to call me with an ETA, which was spot on. They removed the appliance and I made my payment within just ten minutes.

As I was not present at the location requiring items to be cleared, the individual in charge of the collection was highly responsive and documented all articles to be taken away through photographs. I would opt for their services once more.

It appears that there was a misunderstanding between the main office and the two men who were dispatched to complete the task. Upon arrival, they were unaware of the need to clear a path through my garage to access the refrigerator that needed to be removed. However, I had previously shared photos of the area with the company through CrackerJack, and an in-person quote had been given a few days prior. Initially, the workers were unwilling to clear the path, claiming that it was not within their job scope. I then decided to contact the office to seek clarification. However, they eventually cleared the path without me having to make the call and remained courteous throughout the process.

Jason was highly responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Moving forward, we will exclusively rely on them for all of our junk removal needs. During our previous house clean-out, we made the mistake of renting a dumpster, leaving us with an enormous hole in the driveway and an unpleasant experience with the rental company.
