One of the recommended pros on the app was this company. I had already arranged for another company to work on a Monday since weekends are usually overbooked. However, this business contacted me on Saturday morning and offered to take care of my lawn that very day. They matched the price of the other company and addressed the issue of water retention in my front yard due to lack of a ditch, as originally planned by the city for a sidewalk that was never built. The front area was too damp to mow, but the crew used a weed eater to clear the grass. They even enlisted an affiliated business to assess the situation and provide solutions for the ditch. The crew was excellent in their lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing away the cut grass. Payment included a generous tip for their efficient and thorough work that truly met our satisfaction. I highly recommend this business!

I regret to inform you that I am not interested in using your company. The individual who failed to show up or contact me until I reached out via email is unreliable and lacks a strong sense of punctuality and integrity. Their behavior raises concerns about their overall competency, and I have serious reservations about moving forward. Responding to my concerns about timing is not enough. Ultimately, what matters is keeping one's word and being trustworthy. The excuses provided are not convincing, particularly in light of the fact that they failed to show up for our initial appointment.
