I had an amazing experience! The contractor arrived and conducted a comprehensive assessment, detailing his technical strategy. I agreed to his proposal and he got to work. However, during the process, he discovered that his approach could potentially result in handrail malfunctions in the future. Despite the temptation to continue and receive payment like most contractors, he opted to halt the work (despite already spending half a day) and returned my deposit without delay. I sincerely wish more contractors were as principled and conscientious as he was.

Selecting Brandon was the most brilliant choice I have ever made! I had recruited another organization before him to construct stairways for my enterprise. Unfortunately, they didn't do a good job, and then Brandon came to my rescue.
