Regrettably, our experience with Ernesto falls short of the positive reviews he has received. We engaged him to assist us in painting a new fence we had just installed. At first, he was prompt to communicate and showed up on time on the following day as scheduled. Despite initially assuring us that the job could be completed in one day, he required more time and returned the next day (Friday) to finish. Despite this, the work was not fully completed, containing areas that required painting or touch-ups. Ernesto reassured us that he would return with more paint and cover the missed areas the following week. As we wanted to continue supporting his business, we planned another pending project with him and mutually agreed on the commencement time and date. On the day of the project, however, Ernesto did not show up, and despite reaching out to him multiple times, he never responded or provided any explanation. Consequently, we will be engaging another contractor for this project and cannot recommend Ernesto's unreliability. We also paid him 20% more than his quote for the fence, anticipating that the work would take a longer time, but now we are left with an incomplete fence that we need to paint ourselves.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Ernesto. He was entrusted to build a bed frame for my daughter, which he executed efficiently and at a reasonable rate.
