Arriving early within the scheduled appointment, the technician promptly began troubleshooting my washer problem. After diagnosing the issue, he efficiently placed an order for the necessary part on site. As of now, I am awaiting the arrival of the part in order to schedule a follow-up appointment to finalize the repair process.

I plan on retaining them. As we undergo appliance replacements, we are contemplating their installation. They were exceptionally courteous and effective. I cannot say for certain how their costs compare, but their work was undoubtedly reliable.

My Samsung refrigerator, which was 13 years old, became defunct not too long ago. I contacted a few other companies, but they kept pushing the appointment to a week ahead. Fortunately, Manny and his assistant showed up within just two days, evaluated the appliance, and informed me that it was beyond repair. Moreover, I was given a senior citizen discount on the service call, which was of great help. I will definitely consider this service again in the future.

Before my appointment, Handy Manny phoned me to discuss the repair of my appliance. We concluded that the necessary repair parts were unavailable. I was grateful for the call as it saved me from being charged a service fee had he come directly to my home without the required parts.
