He provided exceptional service and was a pleasure to work with. He is an exceptional mixologist who works tirelessly. I would undoubtedly employ him on several occasions!

On 7/31/21, Santos delivered outstanding service as the bartender for our Luau event. He exceeded our expectations by fulfilling every task impeccably. Even with a defined cocktail menu to serve, he expertly delivered all the drinks and kept them coming all night. Despite having no prior reviews, Santos’ 30 years of bartending experience impressed us enough to make him our first choice on the CrackerJack app. Despite being delayed due to traffic caused by the nearby fires, Santos kept us updated on his progress and remained personable, professional, and hard-working throughout his time with us. Originally hired from 4pm to midnight, Santos offered to stay longer to accommodate our continued drinking guests. He refused to accept tips from guests, despite being offered, which demonstrated his integrity. Santos went above and beyond by not only carrying his own equipment back to his vehicle but also putting away the house-provided drinks and mixers.
