Prior to my Officer Candidate School physical fitness evaluation in the U.S. Navy, I approached Steve with only one month to improve upon my insufficient push-up capabilities. Not only did he assist me in gaining strength, but he also corrected my form and taught me about my body's muscular system. Without his guidance, I believe I would not have succeeded in meeting my fitness targets within my stringent timeline.
