Working with this individual was incredibly effortless. They agreed to meet with me outside of regular business hours and arrived promptly in the morning. They promptly identified the problem (which was caused by user error) and verified that no other complications existed with the system. I would certainly enlist their services again.

Experiencing your heat going out when it’s 20 degrees outside is one of the worst feelings in the world. However, I was pleased with Sure-Flo's prompt response to my service request and their punctuality. They worked tirelessly to restore my heat and also took the initiative to clean my boiler. What impressed me more was their attention to detail in fixing every problem, including a faulty thermocouple and pilot tube, and bleeding all the radiators in my apartment after the boiler was fixed. True to their word, they restored my heat within the stipulated time frame. As a woman, I often feel like contractors take advantage of me in terms of pricing or with their condescending attitudes. However, this was not my experience with Sure-Flo, and I appreciate their professionalism. Their exceptional service deserved an extra star rating. Going forward, I would recommend them for all heating needs, and I will undoubtedly patronize them again. The quality of service was excellent, and the price was reasonable.

After I reached out to Will for help with a noise my aging furnace was making, he promptly arrived within a day or two. Throughout the process, he communicated his actions, explaining each step and part. Will identified the source of the noise as a stuck vent and proceeded with a comprehensive tuneup. His work was helpful and informative, earning him my highest recommendation.

Sure-Flo is highly knowledgeable and punctual, which is a rarity in this industry. Unlike most other companies, they were willing to work with my older window AC units, even after learning the brand and age of the units.
